Wildfire Research Network (WRN) is a 501(c) non-profit public
safety, research and education organization founded in 2004.

WRN was initiated by people who live in wildfire prone communities in California whose
homes are continuously at risk every fire season, and have come close to losing their homes.

What we do:
            *    Publicize the results of local, state and national research

            *    Attend local, state, and national conferences, symposia and trade shows

            *    Maintain a network of contacts with wildfire research experts at academic institutions, local, state,
and national government agencies and the media

            *    Focus government attention on wildfire issues and alert the media to obtain increased financial and
                  legislative support for solutions
